Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders containing pre-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping timeframes for pre-order items will be listed within the product description when applicable.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Gleaux Up Smile Bar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
